I bought the Lasko 40" Executive Tower Fan because it had all of the requirements I was looking for. I was concerned about one of the reviews stating that the ionizer did not work after a short time after returning the original one, that the replacement fan also had a problem with it. br /br /I have used mine every day for the past month am totally satisfied with it. I love the remote control that I keep on my bedside table. It has three fan settings oscillates. I think it is a good, sturdy product. Nothing fancy, just basic. If you bought a fancier model, it would cost much more. I feel this is a very good quality product.br /br /

This is by far the quietest fan ever purchased! It works very well in all aspects, and we have not had trouble with sparking in the ionization mode, as other reviewers have seen. Would definitely buy again!
